Special Saturday Morning Boot Camp

Hotel guests may join our personal trainers in the fitness center for Saturday Morning Boot Camp from 8:30-9am every Saturday through September 25.  Boot Camp features high-intensity circuit training with cardio equipment, free weights and machines.  Make sure you come early to warm up!

Must be a hotel guest and at least 16 years old to participate.  Fitness consultation and body fat analysis available upon request.  The first 10 people to sign up are guaranteed spots.  Dial x.6108 to secure your spot or for more information.
